My current one (Below) Any suggestions for it?

I'm not diggin' the clolors(green), perhaps change it to a blue? And I don't like the way the border is colored Text is a bit hard to see and i see some tech above it? I like how you tried to make it look like his chest beam thing is flashing.

Hmmm yes, I agree with Gwydion. I think with some work this could look good, but it seems there is too much going on in there. You have a rather hard on the eyes background, which you can pull off with some work. You also have seme tech, which I was never a big fan of, either a little bit or everything. And then you have a hard to read text. I can tell you have talent, but this particular sig needs some tweeking done IMHO.

I like it, just not the border or tech. Work on it though, that's how you're gonna get better.

It's pretty cool. The only thing is that the CT's colors don't match the bg. Good work though.

what program do you use to make them

i guess usually adobe photoshop.

try visit to some of the links at www.install.ws
there are articles teaching you some tricks to do certains effects using photoshop.
