It's good, but the picture is low quality. I like the BG. Good job.

to be honest, the pic sux, and the text just doesn't go, blend it in, or try a different font, wanna join the graphix team? u seem to make decent sigs, and im the head of it, and i say u should join.

gh0st, he's already in :P That picture is a cel-shaded pic of cloud (shudders), change it,fix up your text(you always had problem with text, lol) and it's good to go.
