Your browser (and possibly your OS) needs support libraries for the kanji loaded.
If you are using linux, this would be OS level and you need to add it as a supported system language (this is the short version)
If you are running MS (i.e IE5, IE6, IE7) you may want to check

here.. they explain how to amend some settings to allow for unicode and how to download the support for japanese from MS, respectively...
If you are running Firefox (under windows) give
this a try...
If, however you want a rough translation into a language of your choice (like English), you might want to give Google's Language tools a try. I see they list Japanese and Korean as 'supported' languages, but I would think you'd get some 'interesting' translations... or else its time to make a new friend, who can read over your shoulder and translate into your ear..
