Anyone heard / play magic the gathering?

Anyone here playing Magic the Gathering? ( www.wizards.com )

Wizards of the Coast also have many other trading card game.

I was addicted to Magic around 1997. Spend alot of money at it.
It is soooo fun. It is not just playing with cards, it is using cards to roleplay.

I use to play, but now I don't. Still have my cards though.

I still have my cards too. Cant bear to sell them. I will keep them as sourvenir.

Magic has been part of my life 7-8 years ago. It gives me nice memories ...hehe...but also bad experience...spend alot of money

I still remember that i partner with one of my good friends in a local tournament and we won the 2nd place. It is unforgettable. We almost won the first place....lost to land destruction / mini creatures deck.

Of course I've heard of Magic: The Gathering. I've got a few cards but I never bothered too much with it. The only card game I've been seriously addicted to is Pokemon.

hm nope never heard of it before, lol, i used to watch the pokemon cartoon though, and my sister has a pokemon bord game, lol but we dont play and i dont watch anymore, lol

oh star trek season premire is tommorow(not that that has anything to do with the subject)

But never really played that.

i kick butt in Magic...but my pokemon pet died fast...probably i have no strategy of switching pets...hehe

hmm i've heard of it but never played hehe.
I don't tend to play the strategy cards games, unless its rummy or poker

It is really nice. It is like role playing.

You are a wizard, equiping with a pool of spells battling with another wizard. The type of wizard you are depends on how you build your playing deck.

It is so addicting back then but i couldnt keep up with all the new cards coming out... eventually quit playing. Occasionally i will still play with my friends with the cards we have left for fun
