I know that School have already started for about a week or so. Many people are stressing out on their school work, or just stress out on their jobs. In psychology point of view it is bad holding back your angers, in which it will cause stress. Stress cause tension in our bodies, which can result in muscle pain or just trouble with sleeping.

So I'll be a nice guy and I'll grant you the permission to be yell at. If you hate your teacher just pretend I'm Her/him. If you hate your employer do the same thing. I'll gave you an example.

Omfg you stupid guy, you don't know how to teach math 11. You freaking dumn ass, because of you I'm having trouble in math 12. Who cares about your stupid gay joke!! why do you have to wast the first 20 minutes of the class on your stupid joke? You never ever gave us home work, and even if you gave them to us you never check them. I curse you Mr.Guil!!! If you go to work tomorrow you'll get hit by a truck and fall off a cliff. When You are in hospital, you got a doctor on practice, and he accidentally spill acid chemical on to your internal organs.

yup there is one perfect example!! Just to let you know guys, if you go to see a PhD. Psychiatrist You have to pay him for him to listen to your problems. The price range is around $100-$400 U.S./Can. that is per hour. All they do is just sit there in their leather chair, cross their legs and knot their heads and say "hmmm... how do you feel about that?".. "I see, what are you going to do about that?" and "ok..." I've been there and It was a rip off. They are one of the biggest money lechers in the whole damn world.
