Impossible. Genetically of course its impossible, through genetics not one person can be alike. Personality wise someone can be similar, but never the same because no one has had the same life and our personality is formed by our experiences and people who brought us up.

but you could look very alike? like I know people who are SOOO alike not personality wise but appearance.

Looks aren't everything. And they may look similar, but they are not exact.

first of all you can have a twin if cloning tech is better than what it is now, so it's like you can bump into urself anytime in the near future. Another thing, essential nvr said anything abt twin in what personality, behaviour or looks. If it was personality then there can be a twin or even triplets or more of us
