Technically... the second one is the only one that would pose a problem... but since its her in all 3 pics, and shes just saying that she was at the beach, and shes not doing any kind of "pose" I would say that in this case, it would be fine... but I guess skylights ruling would be the final decision

Then I guess it's fine...it wasn't really a big deal. I too noticed that only the second one is a little disturbing ( what the hell am I saying, it was actually great ). There's no need to remove the links, it's your picture and you decided to post it..we also would set an annoying example if we complain about it...no harm is done, so it's fine.
