Arrancar don't seem to have a second release and the Vizard have their shi-kai and ban-kai. Arrancar have their hierro (steel-skin) which is able to bare handedly stop a released zanpakuto... So much to consider.

by far i think the Espada are stronger, but in this good vs. evil plot Ichigo and the others will find a way to defeat them in the end.

but the real reason i chose vaizard is because they are shinigamis to hollow, and i sides with shinigami

1 for 1 i believe vaizards are stronger, but in terms of all the vaizards vs all the espada the espada are stronger, which works well for the plot becasue ichigo is now the underdog again like most heros in animes and he will somehow find a way to defeat the espada.
