I think Rukia is a good match for Ichi, but the case is that we don't know what Ichi feels. All we know is that Rukia had some feelings for Ichi cause he reminded her of Kaien, Ori seems to have some feelings for Ichi too, and that Ishi has now some feelings for Ori. But the situation is that we don't know for sure that someone loves each! >_<
