I reckon all girls will differ slightly, but girls prefer a guy who acts normally, like his true self, without any effort. It's way better than a guy who is looking around at girls, or is so obviously trying to be as nice as he can to girls, or who is not being true to themselves. Because... we can tell! Usually... anyway.
Well, if you make it clear that you are not interested in a relationship, girls will probably not try to get into one with you, unless they are very insistent, which some are. We are all different, so it is impossible to generalise!

Beats me..happened to me a couple of times. and there's one time where it has a couple of twists and turns. I like a girl friend...Girl A..but at that time she likes Guy Y, so being "honorable" i backed off from trying to "cut in" in the queue. After some time I forgot about that and developed feelings for Girl B. And a lilttle while after that happened, my friend, Girl B showed signs she was into me. Come to think of it...i doint want to continue this tale...LOL...it is just messed up!

It could be that when u are "not" in the hunt for a girlfriend you start to act more relaxed and confident aroun girls and that my friend is something they cant resist. As for shaking them off well i know being mean doesnt works I've even said that im cheating and they take it as a joke!! they just dont know when to quit so youll have to bear with it until they can accept it

Try waiting a few years... I'm sure they'll start swarming around you when you've done something with your life.

I'm not saying you have no life just because you date. I am saying that if you make yourself known (y'know, graduate from college, make $$, become prominent in your local community), you're more likely to find dates.
