I need help about a boy

Ok I dont know what to do... Could please give me some ideas?
Does he really like me?
-When i first meet with him i was already going out wit another guy so i diidnt care much about him. I even thought him as a nuisance but whwn i left this guy he behaved me really good and sweet.I accepted him as a friend.

-Following his sweetness towards me i started to like him. But i didnt show any emotion.

-Then one night when we were both drunk i wanted him to kiss me. He kissed me-my lips but like kissing a cheek.

-Of course i wasnt satisfied next week - this time only i was drunk- told him to kiss me again. He kissed from cheek. But i told him i didint want him i want it from lips. And he kissed me but it felt so cold. Then he told me we may talk it on msn later.

-I thought if he liked me he wouldnt say "we talk later" he would directly be happy and we'd start goin out.

-I send him a sms telling him i am sorry.

-He answered me back "you should apologize me because you send me this sms,you make me sad."

-Then we started to talk like nothing happened. He teases me always and he told about that kissin event to his friends... but we still see each other and talk-he jokes about havin sex with me (since he knows i would not do that) and so.

-one of my friends said if a boy does that kinda jokes. forget about him. he doesnt want you as a girlfriend.

i dont know what to do. I really like him.
please give me some advie.
oh and these saturday (27th october) is his birthday....

Hmmm... a pickle this is. Well, being a boy, if I would do this... hmm... I'd be kind of afraid to go out with you... for some reason.

Mebbe we wants to date you, but something is holding him back. Mebbe he thinks he needs alcohol to date you and give you good.

Mebbe you need to reach out to him the way he has to you. Persist in being nice to him the way he was nice to you.

If he kissed you then you must be doing something right! Just chill out and treat him like you would want to be treated, just as a friend and see what happens...if it's meant to be he will come to you. To be honest he probably feels under pressure to be as relaxed with you as he was when he was drunk.
If nothing happens then you will have played it cool and kept your dignity and you can just put it down to experience!

of course its easy,first this boy must be only want to be your closefriend and then hopelly you will be fall with him. second, you must be very stupid if ask about direct kiss. third, that guy maybe little suprise about your aggressive and fell so unsatisfied .Last your friend is true---in this day you must endurance your feeling about him but still try to close maybe in the end he will change again

So he just kinda jokes about me as i thought... then what should i do? I cant hold myself back when i am around him... should i just cut seeing him... but it'd be painful too...

This is a pickle indeed. I would say that you shouldnt go out with him. He jokes about your actions to his buds and laugh it off as such. But if it has been nurtured for sometime then there's nothing can be done. See how it plays out and then make your way. What does your gut tell you? When in doubt always go with it.

well my guts say to me that he is only joking around. I dont really know. He is not really that handsome and jokes with me...but... whats wrong with me??!! I have totally became that kinda "sticky" girl...I hate it but cant change...
We talk on msn like normal friends, only difference he knows i like him and before knowing it it was like... more natural.
