Also, I know about Photoshop, was just wondering if Elements is just as good as the original...or are they the same?lol..sorry for the stupid questions...really wanna try making my own sig someday...

What are you talking about? You clearly have no understanding of Adobe Photoshop (or graphic design for that matter) whatsoever. Photoshop Elements is a cheaper, beginner version of Photoshop. It is simpler to use but lacks the capabilities of the professional versions of Adobe Photoshop. So no, you do not get the same functionality as a professional version, but you can so some stuff, so don't consider it totally worthless. It is good for beginners.
