I have a question.
Why doesn't my .gif image move when I make it my avatar or signature?
I've seen avatars and sigs of others that move...why doesn't mine?
Also, is Adobe Photoshop Elements good enough to do all these graphics stuff?
Edit: Had 2 questions apparently...

To have a moving image, Yes indeed it needs to be a .Gif image. BUT, it needs to have whats so called "frames/layers" to be an animated sig/avy. I can make you animated signatures and avy's
Yes, Adobe Photoshop is like the leading program in Graphics and web design.
