IS TOOOOO!!! I've been 14 for 6 whole months! That's a lot! And only half a year to go until certain things in my life get much easier!  15 seems so old and far away... |

And we just described together in Adult Cognition the illusion of how time speeds up. And those 65+ really don't know where the time flies.
6 months to me is nothing at all anymore.
But I personally stopped counting half-years when I reached 12.
Why?
Because that was the age where certain things changed for me (imposed by my parents). After that, I stopped counting.
But time did seem to drag on for a long, long time.
Hate to be cliche here, but enjoy what you have now. You'll never be that age again (of course you do have certain Sword of Damacles type items that you are wating for, so I can understand)
So Kate - do you have any plans to enjoy your youth, before you enjoy your adulthood? |

True. I mean, I do not want to get any older. There are no more ages I look forward to, if you catch my meaning. Thus...I no longer pay attention to age (it holds nothing for me anymore)
But I do get a heckuva lot more done these days, then half a lifetime ago.
