Yes TU1 its actually true about if you don't use it you lose it

body wise that is especially with muscles. The best ppl who can tell you about it are the guys who go to the gym for sometime then stop for sometime. They lost muscle bulk. Dunno about the other things xD. Am fine TU1 long time no talk! next time you see me online on IM talk to me dude will ya?!

and TakeMeforCola you're close! I took my name from the Paladin class of Age of Empires 1 and 2. One of my most favourite games I ever played after warcraft!

Welcome back, TakeMeForCola! It's nice to see some old names back around here... miss ol' kurapica and his dragon though...

Speaking of "if don't use it, you lose it"... I'm trying to get in shape a bit by going to the gym at least once a week... But yeah, try not to bulk up or you'll REALLY go flabby when you stop. Unless of course, you lose all that muscle mass first.

Damn, why didn't I go to my gameshop before running home with Shiratori Amane? I missed getting Fallout 3 when it was just released at the shop! Ah well, I'm getting a "Shokunyu 2" cowgirl figure next month... and if I'm lucky, I can get one of my colleagues to buy the game for me!!! Huhuhu...

Hey, Paladin77, you could always give it a go and ask her out on a pre-planned weekend...

haha thought so! world of warcraft is such an addictive game, i have been playing it for nearly a year!

however i have taken sometime off it to get a good start to college then i may take it back up

i do miss it though, it may be a game but its by far one of the most social games i have ever played! miss all my buddies on there

but i have their skype so s'll good

could you remind me what your actual job is? as in defined? only if you can though just because in my newest assignment i have list 25 different random jobs from pharmacists, doctors, chemists, practitioners ect, any job in the medical profession then give a full report on what each job does,why, what, where how and so on, its ok though i'm allready on my 7th job now and i have 1month till hand in date. so i just wondered maybe if you would like to tell me abit about your job or any colleagues that you work along side with and if you could maybe give a short definition just for me to work with I would very much appreciate it

lol pally I know. yea im trying to get into better shape, or at least near what i was like 4 or 5 years ago lol like when i joined here lol. but yea im so out of shape and lazy now, guess it comes with the age. and yea well i dont really use windows or anything anymore, you use AIM yet? i am usually always on there...?

So you planning to get an Xbox360 soon, Paladin77?

In the end I got Fallout 3 by myself... left immediately after work, hunkered down to the shop after going through the rush-hour traffic, bought the game and rushed home...

Managed to get the girl yet Paladin77? Or have you set your sights on someone else?

pffffffffft don't get an xbox 360 get a ps3 well better, free online!! and c.o.d4 all you really need tbh
