Try www.animez.info they have the second season on bittorrent, episodes 27-49 of Condor Hero, subbed by Crossfade.
But beweare, the second season is in Chinese, kantonese dialect to be precisely, and I think it's also drawn by chinese, the drawing style differs from the first series. The story and action are first class though, and the story gets more and more interesting. The speeds I get on the torrents are pretty good too.
