Utorrent is a bit torrent program not the actual download site. You need to find better trackers for the anime. Its not Utorrents fault.

I am using qtorrent but i'm not satisfied. I think I will change very soon.

vuze works out pretty well. i know utorrent is just a torrent program but i love it because its really simple to figure it out. vuze is a torrent program but it has a built in search engine that automatically looks for torrents from various sites. its pretty simple. i downloaded most of my 40GB of music that way.
