Recruiting Anime Character

If you were to create an organization, what organization would it be, why it was created and who are the members?

Well I would like to create a group something like the Getbackers to get things back and also specialized in completing impossible missions. The members would consist of Amano Ginji, Midou Ban, Fuchoin Kazuki, Akabane Kurudo, Makube X, Train Heartnet, Rinsletcat, and Roy Mustang. All the characters have different talents to accomplish missions given to them.

I'd make an organization to investigate conspiracies or loose ends to political events like 9/11. L from Death Note will be heading the operations, while Light will be the field detective. Major Kusanagi from GITS will be the field commander for any covert missions or military operations. Shikamaru from Naruto will be the analyst. Actually I'll recruit the entire Section Nine from GITS including Aramaki into the force. Finally, I'll have Doraemon as the technical supervisor.
