The worst anime ?

Just like the title say's, these are being judged not on how many products were sold, but based on the storyline of
the anime. It doesn't matter if millions of people loved it because it really is only a stupid fad.

The moment you have been waiting for the worst anime is pokemon.
Don't give me that WHAT? It sold millions of products world wide, and probably blew in the biggest revenue
ever in anime history.

I can admit to buying those damn cards, and pre-ordering my Blue Version of pokemon and running to the store the day it released after School to get it. ( this ofcourse when i was in year 4.. )
Pokemon is a discrace to anime, a stupid fad that attracted kids.
For those of you still saying, your out of your mind lets take a look at this " great " anime.

It's interesting seeing a young boy run around with an half red and half white ball with a button in the middle,
finding an excuse of an animal and capturing it in that tennis ball sized " poke ball ".

The whole series was about, capturing every single one of those little weird animals and then battleing them
torchering them to see whose animal is the greatest? In return getting special badges for killing other people animals?
Old scientist trying to figure out the secret behind pokemon, not your average bird eh? Looks all the same to me.
I wish I was smart enough to get a little rat, paint it yellow, put red dots on each of it's cheeks and make billions of dollars of it
by giving it an wacked up name like " Pikachu ", or get your average Bird and give it wacked up names like Spearow, Knocktowl and whatever else there was and make money of it. Let's not forget that memorbale incident the Don't blink! 'seizure clip' is the original demo of Pokemon. This clip made Pokemon an imfamous anime and in some places people were actually 'bashing' all anime (how dare they) because of this clip. Children with seizure disorders
(about 700 of them) went into seizures and had to be hospitalized because of their condition triggered by the clip.

What happened is that Ash and company were in a computer and an 'anivirus' program was about to delete them, but Pikachu blew up the missles. Then the blue and red flashing lights accompanied the explosion with the speed and frequency to create seizures. Since then, the problem HAS been corrected and the episode, promises WB, UPN, Nintendo, and 4Kids, will NEVER be shown in America. I heard that one time, the clip was accidently shown again and MORE kids got seizures.

Now come on all of the above prove that Pokemon is the best anime ever? With the extremely interesting storyline and creative characters.

Finally! Another person agrees with me! I've even read news stories that involved cases of kids jumping out of the window of their house after watching an episode of Pokemon. When you think about it, this show is doing more harm to people, rather than giving them "better" entertainment.
They seem to have made the cards, action figures, and all of this other memorabilia just to make a little bit of money. Fights and riots broke out the Christmas season when Pokemon was released in America. People fighting over everything about them. For what? A pack of $5.00 cards that become more worthless than the cardboard they're written on? An overpriced stuffed animal?

And I'll admit it, when I was in 4th or 5th grade, I did collect the cards. I was a young enterprenuer (okay...getting off-topic)...err...anyway I just went along with the fad and started, and I bought the games (nearly all of them too...). And now what am I stuck with? A few piles of cards in a shoebox that nobody wants? Games that I've played on and on for months, that just got repetitive and boring after you beat it? When I look around...yup, that's it. Thank you for listening to my rants. Delete if there was too much flamage...

hmm.... you guys Should watch a panel Called "Daryl Surats Anime that Sucks" They give Him an Hour and he shows you the worst anime ever created.

Im Not going to Agree or Disagree on Pokemon being the worst but trust me there are more horribly retarded animes than pokemon.

An anime I can't stand is Azumanga Diao. I don't understand it...its just...random crap thrown in with cute voices and cute little fuzzy things...its like, ahhh, help -.-;
