How is FullMetal Alchemist?

Is it similar to full metal panic or its series?

No relation at all.

Full metal panic is set in the modern world, wif the Sgt being the main lead (paiseh cannot remember his name).

Full metal alchemist is about 2 brothers, who happen to be alchemists going on a journey to find the philosophers stone to regain their bodies. Hehe go dl n watch if possible bah....it got licensed lately, but some fan-subs are still subbing it.
