I don't know if this is particularily common, but it seems like most of the girls I've taken an interest in are either experts in "Waif Fu" or are larger-than-average. Physical appearance isn't that important to me, it's the fact that the girl in question is capable of handing me my rear in a spar that keeps me interest. :P
Case in point: I'm about 1.75x the weight of my closest female friend, and she's more than capable of throwing me over her shoulder.
Fun girl.
