Hell, it sounds like they just make it worse.
Although the movies we had to watch sucked, most of the practical stuff was long...but at least it was on topic, and I know I avoided an accident because of one tidbit of info (3 lane highway, you are on far left, middle lane open...make sure if you are moving into the middle, that no one from the far right is moving in as well. Sure enough, once, we both tried to move into the middle at the same time)
