Well...a Walmart Junior Racket would be at least $15
A real sport shop would range from $30 to $200
Obviously a expensive one would be better to play with but it's not always true.
I have a Wilson Traid(80$) and had it for at least 2 years(Different rackets with different tension creates different amount spin and power. Go to a tennis site to learn all about this crap)
