Depends on their content. If the torrent is the movie Click with russian sub-titles then there might be a problem
But if it is a home video of something silly or some freeware then there isn't.
I'm surprised this topic hasn't been brought up earlier. I've seen alot of sites go down because their users were supplying illegal file links.
