None overly annoying. At least to the degree where they would be out of place.

Having so many characters with Multiple Personalities was...interesting...to say the least.

And the 'Prince' fan club...well, they got their own episode...which had some of the greatest, and yet most annoying parts of the series.

In a way the only annoying thing I found, was that they never had a second season. The Manga went on, I could only hope the anime would too.

(talking about Manga, the way Tohru is drawn in the Manga, is a bit irritating. one should not be able to see a heroine's eyes from orbit. Man, are they big. And let me tell you -- short skirts do NOT behave so nicely. They restrict your abilities, or you wear something else -- or you wear something under it.
