this is a hack of the vBulletin. It will pull the most popular thread, most recent thread within a period of time. in addition, i will try to include some hopefully useful article or news.

yeah...since there are many forum section, certain members dont realise some of the other threads. So it could be useful to let them know some of the popular discussion.
