I know that School have already started for about a week or so. Many people are stressing out on their school work, or just stress out on their jobs. In psychology point of view it is bad holding back your angers, in which it will cause stress. Stress cause tension in our bodies, which can result in muscle pain or just trouble with sleeping.

So I'll be a nice guy and I'll grant you the permission to be yell at. If you hate your teacher just pretend I'm Her/him. If you hate your employer do the same thing. I'll gave you an example.

When You are in hospital, you got a doctor on practice, and he accidentally spill acid chemical on to your internal organs.
