1. Does anyone know where to get the book? "hardcopy"
2. a site that provides a good english translation.

there is no manga. the anime was made after the novels written by Fuyumi Ono.
check this site http://www.geocities.com/ctokolsky/index.html
they are tranlating "the aspired wings". you'll find links to the other novels. some of them are fully translated, some (the ones that matter unfortunatly) are in progress.

Yeah I know..It's not a manga..That's why I'm asking for the book!!

Anyway it doesn't matter...the book will be published in english. It'll be out in March but only the first book which is Yoko's story I think.
