I read somewhere *forgot which one* that the reason they abandoned the series *sob* is because they were afraid that it will die a slow a death because "we" will lose interest in it if the story suddenly shifted from Youko to other kingdom.

Hello?!!! That's why it's called "12 kingdoms"! We want to know what goes on in the other countries. For crying out loud, bring it back *sob*
