Ending?

well, i wazs disappointed because there was no ending for one of the sotries, do you know if itll come out someday? are there any plans at all?

What I read web-wise, was that the creator never gave the go ahead to finish. Partly because, he never finished.

So you had the temporary ending at episode 45 (and heck, they never finished the storyline about the Unicorn who's still on Earth).

At this point, its still in moratorium, but the inertia is probably much too high to overcome at this point (Anime-wise).

I do not know if the creator finished the manga.

The anime's ending was not good. There's still more stories in the novel, where Taiki's going to come back(next story combining Youko's story and Taiki together) and Hou king's story(図南の翼）which is soooo goooood. I read on Japanese message board that the ending of anime indicating there's more because there's more stories but no budget to go on. And since the novel is coming out sooo slowly, it may be better to wait until all the stories are done?

yeah same... i heard they were supposed to make it 60 eps but they shortened it to 45... so no ending...

The ending in ok types.. not so great but still answered many questions. Yes the kirin that went to earth, what happened to him, it was not told. Hope the manga clears the confusion.

The novel never finished. The author is a very slow writer that she was rumored that trying to get away from 12 Kingdoms for a while(don't know why though).
There are already several stories out:
図南の翼(Hou's young king's story)
魔性の子(Taiki's coming back from Hourai story)
華胥の幽夢(Short stories)
黄昏の岸 暁の天(En and Kei get together to help Taiki)
They are all related.
But it is rumored that there's more, that Youko will going to challenge Tentei(天帝), and whole system of 12 kingdoms(like the way Kirins choose Kings)
Its just a rumor from Japanese message board though.
