This is one of the best animes i have ever seen! I fiirst read the novel in japanese and I really loved it.

I started watching it, thought it was ok, though that girl was extremely annoying and stupid, actual most of the characters were. I eventually asked myself, why am i watchin gthis, and stopped.

i'm pausing on this series for now, because there are better anime out there, but it isn't that bad.

say, is it just me or episode 39 is really some-kind of end? it feels like it. all the bad guys are captured and the empress is back rulling. its really could end there. well i only say episode 40 so maybe the next episodes are good importan... we'll see about that ^^

i like yoko better in later eps. in the beginning she was really finding herself..but..SPOILERS: (highlight to read below)

start: i was hoping she wd fall in love somehow...there didnt seem 2b any LOVE connections...xept tht closeness with companion Rakushun. like him both as a rat or human i actually hoped tht her Kirin may fall for her... lol XD
