I've seen 3 episodes so far and I have to say that it's nothing more than trigun with vampires. It gets a not-quite-so-solid 4/10 for complete unoriginality and lack of entertainment value. Life's too short to watch bad anime... then again, I did watch Judge **shudders at the memory**
